Meet the Chef

ChefHead chef, Jimmy Kalp attended Keystone College in Pennsylvania before honing his culinary prowess at a variety of New England restaurants including the National Hotel, The Ryah House, The Andirons Lodge and Frida’sTaqueria.

He developed the culinary program at the Hundred Acre Homestead in Worcester, Vermont and led a team of  students in the kitchen at Sterling College, a work-learning service college in Craftsbury, Vermont.

He lives in Wolcott, Vermont with his lovely wife and two beautiful children ( and his bees and his garden).”
